DORNAN IN THE MIX WEBSITE USER AGREEMENT

There are times when we may need information from you, such as your name and address, and we will let you know before we collect any such information from you. 

By using those features of the website which do need your personal details you are accepting the conditions outlined below, concerning our use of that information, and which take effect on the date when you first use the site.

However, other features of the site may be safely used without the need for your personal details.

Your Rights

  • You also have the right to ask us to not use your information.
  • You will also be able tell us that you do not wish to have your information used as a basis for further contact with you.

The software downloads from this site have been thoroughly scanned and tested at all stages of production, but - as with all new software - we still recommend that you run a virus checker before use.
We also recommend that you have an up-to-date backup of your hard disk before using the software. Dornan In The Mix cannot accept responsibility for any disruption, damage and/or loss of data on your data or computer system that may occur while using the software.
Consult your network administrator before installing any software on a networked computer.

(7) Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions for the use of Dornan In The Mix’s website shall be governed exclusively by the Laws and Courts of Scotland.

  • If any of the Terms in this agreement should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms are intended to be effective, they shall be deemed to be deleted from this agreement.
  • However all other remaining Terms of Use & Conditions shall remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.
